About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday HCM Specialist to join our client, a global bank, on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a subject matter expert in Workday HCM, providing guidance and support to the team.
  • Lead the globalisation of the HCM module on Workday, ensuring seamless integration and configuration.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative processes, leveraging impeccable organisational skills.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery, utilising strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Configure and implement additional Workday modules, including recruitment, talent absence, and other relevant features.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Workday HCM subject matter expert, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience working with regional and/or global complex entities, with a deep understanding of their needs and challenges.
  • Strong configuration and implementation skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
