Job Summary

Bvlgari is seeking a highly skilled Store Administrator to join our team at our New Bond Street store. As a Store Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the sales team in achieving store targets.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage stock levels and inventory to minimize losses and ensure accurate stock counts.
  • Coordinate and manage deliveries, including incoming and outgoing stock, to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Oversee stock in consignment, including PR, wholesale, staff entrustment, and stock repair, to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Manage stock on carnet, including high jewelry and PR stock, to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Handle petty cash, float, and banking transactions to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Respond to requests from other stores and provide support as needed.
  • Organize and conduct regular stock counts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage supplies for the boutique, including water, office consumables, POS rolls, tax-free stationery, and personal stationery.
  • Process export and VAT off transactions to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Coordinate the redirection of carnets in high jewelry sales to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Ensure all transport procedures are followed and within insurance limits to minimize risk.
  • Redirect important mail and bills to the relevant departments to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Follow established procedures for month-end reporting to ensure accurate and timely submission of reports.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Highly computer literate with excellent knowledge of SAP.
  • Dexterity with numbers and a keen eye for detail are essential.
  • Understanding of gemology and luxury goods is a plus.
  • Previous experience in the luxury business is highly desirable.
