Role Summary:
As an Assistant Store Manager at Levi Strauss & Co., you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where innovation and teamwork are highly valued. You will be representing the brand image and values, while working closely with the Store Manager to effectively manage the store's operations and team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing profit opportunities.
- Develop and provide daily and weekly sales targets for the store team to enhance store performance.
- Monitor KPIs and team performance by analyzing reports and updating the Store Manager on action plans.
- Oversee costs and store operations, including stock management, payroll, administration, and scheduling.
- Empower, motivate, and develop your team through training, coaching, and product knowledge.
- Take on the responsibility of the store in the Store Manager's absence.
- Ensure high visual standards across the store.
Requirements:
- Passionate about the brand and committed to living its values.
- Strong customer service skills and previous experience in leading and developing a team.
- Experience in working towards and driving KPIs and sales targets within a fast-paced retail environment.
- Previous experience in managing store operations, stock, and administrative duties.
- Ability to motivate and drive your team to exceed KPIs.
