Job Summary

BVLGARI is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Store Administrator to join our team at our New Bond Street store. As a Store Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, including inventory management, administrative tasks, and supporting the sales team in achieving store targets.

Main Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management
    • Manage stock levels to maintain a 'zero' loss tolerance
    • Effectively manage stock deliveries and outgoing shipments
    • Manage stock in consignment for PR, Wholesale, staff entrustment, and stock repair
    • Manage stock on carnet, including High Jewelry and PR stock
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Manage petty cash, float, and banking
    • Deal with requests from other stores
    • Organize stock counts on a weekly basis
    • Manage supplies for the boutique, including office consumables and tax-free stationary
  • Financial Management
    • Follow up and arrange export and VAT off transactions
    • Arrange redirection of carnets in high jewelry sales
    • Ensure all transport procedures are respected and within insurance limits
  • Reporting and Compliance
    • Follow procedures for month-end reporting
    • Send all relevant month-end reports before deadline

Requirements

  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Highly computer literate
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP
  • Dexterity with numbers is crucial
  • Good eye for details
  • Understanding of gemology and luxury
  • Knowledge/previous experience in Luxury business
