Job Title: Stock Administrator, Bond Street

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Administrator to join our team at Cartier Bond Street. As a key member of our boutique team, you will be responsible for the daily management of our cash desk and stock procedures.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Daily Cash-Desk Management: Ensure the application and reliability of all financial procedures, execute opening and closing cash-desk procedures, and provide cash-desk reports.
  • Daily Stock Management: Manage all stock transfers, control the quality of stock transfers, and prepare pieces for display.
  • Inventories: Manage the annual count, cycle count, and spot counts, as well as additional inventories as requested.
  • Compliance: Ensure that cash desk and stock handling is in line with all compliance procedures and rules.
Requirements:
  • Fluent English (native preferred or excellent level of conversational and written language)
  • Client service-oriented with Luxury industry experience
  • Experience in administrative role and aptitude for organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledgeable about Watchmaking, and Jewelry techniques and Cartier products
  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook, SAP experience is beneficial
  • Strong command of IT systems & applications mandatory
