Clinical Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Educator to join our successful Education team at Healthxchange. As a Clinical Educator, you will play a crucial part in supporting Business Development within our relevant brands through effective education initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver Engaging Training Sessions: Develop and deliver comprehensive training on Obagi Advanced Product support and other brands like Jan Marini, ensuring all delegates feel confident to offer treatments in an appropriate setting.
- Manage Schedules and Account Needs: Manage your schedule appropriately to respond to all account needs and support business development in relevant brands through a cohesive workflow.
- Achieve Premium Account Support: Offer educational support that is accessible and ensures a positive patient experience, achieving premium account support.
- Follow Up and Record Training Feedback: Follow up after training with required data input into relevant systems, prioritizing to ensure training feedback is recorded after training delivery.
- Input Training Data and Highlight Gaps: Input all relevant training data to ensure effective reports can be pulled, highlighting any gaps highlighted via reporting.
- Raise and Take Actions: Raise and take agreed steps in terms of actions required to ensure a solution-focused working approach.
- Maintain and Develop Brands and Devices: Maintain and develop the use of Brands and devices through in-clinic support, educational delivery, and working alongside business development managers to ensure reasonable clinical needs are supported.
- Achieve Clear Learning Flows: Achieve clear and concise learning flows by ensuring clear objectives are set for all relevant sessions.
- Research and Keep Up-to-Date: Research and keep up to date with relevant clinical studies, adding these to all material.
- Create Supportive Learning Tools: Identify and create further supportive learning tools where required.
- Support Marketing Function: Support the marketing function of the business to help build product/device awareness.
- Attend and Present at Meetings: Attend and potentially present at external and internal meetings/conferences as necessary to perform own duties and aid business development via a variety of mediums.
- Nursing or Pharmacist Graduate: Must be a Nursing or Pharmacist graduate.
- Relevant Obagi Experience: Must have relevant Obagi experience.
- Relevant Device Experience: Must have relevant device experience in at least 2 types of technology, e.g., Laser and RF.
- Training Experience: Must have training experience, including delivery and content creation.
- High Standards of Communication: Must have high standards of customer/patient communication in clinic support and content production/delivery.
- Ability to Meet Deadlines: Must be able to meet deadlines, maintain accuracy, and ensure business needs are responded to.
- Clinical Knowledge: Must have clinical knowledge of reference papers and the ability to refer to these as necessary.
- Proven Account Management: Must have proven account management from a commercial or educational standpoint.
- Efficient IT Experience: Must have efficient IT experience.
- Independent Nurse Prescribers Qualification: Independent Nurse Prescribers Qualification is desirable.
- Jan Marini Experience: Jan Marini experience is desirable.
- Clean Driver's License: A clean driver's license is desirable.
- Experience with Sales Force and Relevant Softwares: Experience with sales force and relevant softwares is desirable.
