Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Clinical Educator to enhance our dynamic Education team. This position involves delivering extensive training on Obagi Advanced Products and other brands such as Jan Marini. You will also provide education on Devices and Injectable Treatments within the Healthxchange Group. Your primary aim will be to elevate client understanding through effective solutions and clinical support. As a representative of our brand, you will authentically convey the training provided. Adapting educational content for varied audiences of Healthcare and Beauty professionals is essential. Your contributions will significantly support Business Development initiatives through impactful educational strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging, comprehensive, and current content across all relevant brands and devices, ensuring all participants feel equipped to provide treatments in suitable environments.
  • Effectively manage your schedule to meet account needs and bolster business development in relevant brands through cohesive workflows.
  • Provide premium account support by delivering accessible educational resources that ensure a positive patient experience.
  • Conduct follow-ups post-training, ensuring necessary data is recorded in relevant systems.
  • Prioritize the documentation of training feedback after each session.
  • Input all pertinent training data to facilitate effective reporting.
  • Identify and address any gaps highlighted through reporting.
  • Take proactive steps to ensure a solution-oriented approach to any issues that arise.
  • Maintain and enhance the use of brands and devices through in-clinic support and educational delivery, collaborating with business development managers to meet clinical needs.
  • Establish clear and concise learning objectives for all relevant sessions.
  • Stay informed about current clinical studies and incorporate these insights into training materials.
  • Identify and develop additional supportive learning tools as necessary.
  • Assist the marketing team in building awareness of products and devices.
  • Participate in and potentially present at internal and external meetings and conferences as required to fulfill your responsibilities and support business development.

Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Nursing or Pharmacist Graduate
  • Experience with Obagi products
  • Experience with at least two types of devices (e.g., Laser and RF)
  • Experience in training delivery and content creation
  • High standards of communication with customers and patients in clinical support and content delivery
  • Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and responding to business needs
  • Clinical knowledge of reference materials and the ability to utilize them as needed
  • Proven account management experience from a commercial or educational perspective
  • Proficient IT skills

Desirable:

  • Independent Nurse Prescribers Qualification
  • Experience with Jan Marini products
  • Valid driver's license
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and relevant software
