Head of Clinical Negligence Opportunity

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Clinical Negligence to join our client, a well-regarded high street law firm based in Chester. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of a new clinical negligence department and build a team of experts in this field.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical negligence law, with a minimum of 4+ years PQE. They will be responsible for handling a caseload of varied clinical negligence claims, valued at both fast and multi-track levels. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing a team and designing a workflow system that can be applied to the current case management system.
