Retail Supervisor - One Retail

We are seeking a committed Retail Supervisor to oversee the efficient operations of a prominent High Street brand on a part-time basis, with a contract of 16 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and accurately
  • Leading a team and fostering a positive environment where team members feel valued and supported
  • Acting as a responsible key holder
  • Assisting with administrative tasks and other necessary duties
  • Creating weekly rotas in accordance with management guidelines
  • Ordering stock to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Delegating tasks effectively and ensuring the team remains proactive
  • Adhering to Food Handling & Hygiene standards
  • Complying with Health & Safety regulations
