Retail Supervisor - One Retail

We are seeking a committed Retail Supervisor to facilitate the efficient operation of a prominent High Street brand on a part-time basis, with a contract of 16 hours per week.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring timely and accurate checking and storage of deliveries
  • Leading a team and fostering a welcoming and supportive environment
  • Acting as a responsible key holder
  • Assisting with weekly administrative tasks and other necessary duties
  • Creating weekly schedules in accordance with management guidelines
  • Ordering stock to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Delegating tasks as needed and ensuring the team remains proactive
  • Adhering to Food Handling & Hygiene standards
  • Following Health & Safety regulations
