Nursery Room Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Room Leader to join our team at MIChild Group's Oberlin Nursery. As a key member of our childcare team, you will be responsible for implementing the nursery curriculum and providing high standards of quality within the nursery.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement the nursery curriculum and ensure high standards of quality within the nursery.
- Lead planning and maintain accurate and effective children's records.
- Support the development of good practice with regard to special needs and inclusion.
- Work with the Childcare and Education team to continuously improve the quality of childcare and education.
- Ensure children are kept safe and that staff understand and follow Safeguarding Procedures.
- Ensure the nutritional needs of children are met and that Food Safety Regulations are complied with.
- Comply with all relevant legislation, including the Children Act 1989 and 2004, and company policies and procedures.
- Level 3 qualified
- Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and experience of working with children and families
- Extensive knowledge of Safeguarding
- Experience of working in partnership with parents and outside agencies
