We are currently recruiting for a Stock Administrator to join our team at a Brewery company based near Farnborough. This is a temp to perm role.
Key Responsibilities:- Work collaboratively with a small team to ensure efficient management of incoming and outgoing stock.
- Understand the delivery process and stock demand to optimize stock levels.
- Monitor incoming mail for stock changes and updates.
- Manage stock movements between depots to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Process daily transfers and pick sheets for the warehouse to ensure timely delivery.
- Create delivery and customer collect notes to facilitate smooth logistics.
- Manage customs and excise processes to ensure compliance.
- Support the Stock Team Leader in maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Reconcile stock using SAP to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- IT literacy with experience using MS Office, with SAP experience being beneficial.
- Previous administrative experience, specifically within logistics or warehousing, is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- This role involves working Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm.
- £13.00 per hour, paid weekly.
