We are currently recruiting for a Stock Administrator to join our team at a Brewery company based near Farnborough. This is a temp to perm role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with a small team to ensure efficient management of incoming and outgoing stock.
  • Understand the delivery process and stock demand to optimize stock levels.
  • Monitor incoming mail for stock changes and updates.
  • Manage stock movements between depots to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Process daily transfers and pick sheets for the warehouse to ensure timely delivery.
  • Create delivery and customer collect notes to facilitate smooth logistics.
  • Manage customs and excise processes to ensure compliance.
  • Support the Stock Team Leader in maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Reconcile stock using SAP to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • IT literacy with experience using MS Office, with SAP experience being beneficial.
  • Previous administrative experience, specifically within logistics or warehousing, is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
The Role:
  • This role involves working Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm.
  • £13.00 per hour, paid weekly.
