Step by Step (SBS) passionately believes in supporting young people who are going through hard times. Our unique step by step approach, providing accommodation, personal development opportunities and specialist support services, identifies and fulfils aspirations.

Each year we work with over 1,500 young people aged 11 - 25 and our Youth AIMS Service play a vital role in delivering support to young people in our community.

The Step by Step team are positive, dynamic, professional and committed to empowering young people to fulfil their full potential.

The safe recruitment of staff within a support setting is the first step to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable children and young people. **Finance**:

- Posting of transactions to the company’s accounting software, Sage 200
- Assisting with monthly reconciliations and monthly and year-end reporting
- Assisting in the charity’s annual audit

**Administration**:

- Maintaining adequate stocks of stationery, ordering new supplies as and when required (Please note that procurement may also extend to other areas of the organisation)
- Ensuring documentation is kept up to date to make it easier for the Leadership team to supply evidence for any auditing bodies.
- Providing general admin support to the whole Step by Step team as required

**All successful applicants will be required to undertake a DBS check and have two satisfactory references**

**Salary**: £23,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
