Position: Night Childcare Support Practitioner

Project/Location: Muirfield Project – Ayrshire

Weekly Hours: 38 hours

Compensation: £24, pro rata per annum

Employment Type: Permanent

Role Overview: This position involves providing dedicated overnight support to children and young individuals with complex additional support needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care and support through a person-centred approach.
  • Foster positive outcomes for children and young people.
  • Implement trauma-informed practices in service delivery.
  • Encourage participation in daily living skills and household tasks.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure compliance with current legislation.
