About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Practitioner to join our team in Glasgow. As a Support Practitioner, you will work closely with individuals to empower them to manage their mental health, skills, and abilities, enabling them to lead independent and fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with service users to identify and build upon their strengths
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to promote recovery and wellbeing
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals, promoting self-advocacy and empowerment
  • Work in partnership with other agencies and professionals to ensure comprehensive support
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a safe and supportive environment
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £24,000 - £25,000 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience
  • Anti-social hours payment of up to £ for waking night shifts
  • Time and a half payment for hours worked over 37.5 hours per week
  • Enhanced mileage payment of 45p per mile
  • 35 days' holiday per year, increasing to 40 days with length of service
  • Enhanced maternity, paternity, adoption, and sick leave
  • A Defined Contribution pension scheme with incremental employer contributions
  • Access to the Carr Gomm App, including free physiotherapy, health coaching, and counselling
