We are seeking an experienced Information Control Specialist to join our team at Skanska UK Plc. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive information control strategies across the entire project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement information control strategies to ensure the secure, timely, and accurate flow of information between stakeholders.
  • Support the set-up and execution of new projects within the Building OU.
  • Develop and implement the Information Management Workbook (IMWb) to our projects.
  • Support the development and implementation of the Digital O&Ms strategy.
  • Lead a team of information control professionals in the effective and consistent delivery of information control on our projects.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and leading teams effectively.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing teams for high performance.
  • Demonstrable experience and understanding of commercial, planning, design management, and digital construction functions.
  • Experience with delivering KPIs and performance metrics to track and report on project health and success.
  • Strong knowledge of Design Management processes and procedures.
  • Proficient understanding of Contract Management, Building Regulations, and the Building Safety Act.
