Strategic Lead for Information Management

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead the delivery and transformation of complex information management and governance services within King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. The role will be responsible for developing and implementing an aligned Health Records Strategy and an Information Governance Strategy for the Trust, including the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective information management within budget constraints.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in information governance and health records management, with experience in managing substantial process change, project management, and implementing strategies in a complex multidisciplinary environment. They will also have up-to-date knowledge of innovations and developments in health records management systems.

The role will involve leading a team and working closely with stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of information management services. The successful candidate will be able to translate business needs into vision and communicate this to stakeholder communities and technical departments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical skillset, able to review complex processes and recommend appropriate changes to improve efficiency. They will also be able to plan, organise and prioritise their own and their team's workload and meet strict deadlines.

The successful candidate will be a member of the Directorate Senior Leadership Team and will work closely with the Chief Digital Information Officer to ensure the effective delivery of information management services.
