Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Team Leader to join our team at The Co-operative Group. As a Customer Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Team Members and providing exceptional customer service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide friendly, welcoming, and helpful service to our customers, ensuring that they have a positive shopping experience.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of Customer Team Members, providing coaching and training to help them develop their skills and abilities.
- Store Operations: Ensure that the store remains safe, legal, and fully operational, including managing stock accuracy and conducting diligence checks.
- Community Engagement: Build relationships with local community groups and support the delivery of the Co-operative Group's community plan.
- Training and Development: Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, and support the development of your team.
- Customer Focus: A genuine care for the needs of customers and members.
- Leadership Skills: The ability to lead and motivate a team, and to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
