Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Support Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their IT needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Log, prioritize, and classify tickets, gathering all necessary information to facilitate resolution.

- Perform daily and weekly checks of backups and remote monitoring systems.
