Production Engineering Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Engineering Graduate to join our team at Protec Fire Detection PLC.
As a Production Engineering Graduate, you will be responsible for gaining in-depth insight into all aspects of manufacturing in an electronics environment, with a focus on production processes and optimization, planning, and performance management.
You will have the opportunity to work on exciting specialist and project tasks on operational and strategic topics, such as automation, digitalization, problem-solving, BPS, and value stream management.
With the support of a mentor and on-the-job training, you will participate in training programs to strengthen your technical and professional skills and personal development.
Key Responsibilities- Gain in-depth insight into all aspects of manufacturing in an electronics environment
- Focus on production processes and optimization, planning, and performance management
- Work on specialist and project tasks on operational and strategic topics
- Participate in training programs to strengthen technical and professional skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production systems
- Familiarity with software, engineering tools, and general knowledge of safety regulations and standards
- Ability to work flexibly in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
