Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Engineering Specialist to join our team at Protocol Education. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of each student.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the needs of students
- Promote positive working environments and establish strong relationships with students and colleagues
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe and respectful atmosphere
- Be a role model for students and inspire them to be passionate about engineering through high-quality teaching methods
Requirements:
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Ability to provide references from previous teaching roles and employment/education within the last 2 years
- Enhanced DBS check
