As a Production Process Improvement Specialist, you will be working with our client in the manufacturing sector to enhance their performance and efficiency. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will create manufacturing processes, develop project plans, and ensure that all processes are carried out to the correct quality, cost, and delivery levels.
The ideal candidate will have a time-served engineering qualification and experience working with CNC/Milling machines. They should also have a good understanding of metals, alloys, and composite materials, as well as CAD experience. Inventor is desirable but not essential.
This role offers an excellent benefit package, including 28 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, early finish on Fridays (1pm), training and progression opportunities, a great pension scheme, and increasing annual increments. You will also be entitled to sick pay.
