Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Making welcome and confirmation calls to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new customers.
- Verifying that all accounts are set up correctly and billing is accurate.
Requirements:
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Able to manage own workload efficiently.
- 'Can do' and positive attitude towards work and personal development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is preferred but not essential.
- Previous experience working in Mobile is desirable but not necessary.
