Acquisitions Specialist

Location: Nelson, Monday to Friday 9:00-17:30

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Making welcome and confirmation calls to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new customers.
• Verifying that all accounts are set up correctly and billing is accurate.

Requirements:

• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Able to manage own workload efficiently.
• 'Can do' and positive attitude towards work and personal development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is preferred but not essential.
• Previous experience working in Mobile is desirable but not necessary.
