Electronics Manufacturing Specialist

Job Description: As an Electronics Manufacturing Specialist, you will gain in-depth insight into all aspects of manufacturing in an electronics environment with a focus on production processes and optimization, planning, and performance management. You will collaborate with our team to support new technologies and continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in training programs to strengthen your technical and professional skills and personal development.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree with professional experience in Electronics Engineering or a related field. You should also have knowledge of manufacturing processes and production systems, as well as familiarity with software, engineering tools, and general knowledge of safety regulations and standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills are also essential.
Benefits: This role offers a competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including training and development opportunities. You will also have the chance to work flexibly in a team environment and develop strong relationships with our team members.
Estimated Salary: £27,500 - £29,500 per annum.
