In this role, you will be responsible for managing a high-volume payroll processing within a fast-paced environment. You will ensure the accuracy of the time and attendance system, working to deadlines, and calculate various payroll-related calculations (sick pay, holiday pay, overtime, pensions, Statutory Maternity Pay etc.). Your duties will also include resolving any payroll queries promptly and assisting in processing personnel changes. Additionally, you will assist in processing credit card expenses and mileage claims.

This is a busy compensation position, requiring strong organisational skills and attention to detail. You will work closely with the finance team to achieve timely payroll processing while maintaining the company's high standards.

About the Role:

  • You will have experience in in-house payroll management, preferably on a standalone basis.
  • A strong understanding of payroll calculations and regulations is essential.
  • Effective communication is crucial to ensure seamless collaboration with managers throughout the business.
