Job Title: Supply Chain Sector Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Sector Lead to join our team at Leonardo. As a key member of our Supply Chain function, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our material supply chain, from procurement to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective material delivery.
  • Manage and coordinate the development of Joint Action Plans (JAPs) to address material supply issues and ensure compliance with MRP requirements.
  • Provide reporting and analysis to support revenue forecasting and material supply planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate material supply risks.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of material supply metrics and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in supply chain management, material planning, and procurement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to stakeholders.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of manufacturing processes and material supply chain management.
  • Leadership and performance management skills, with the ability to coach and mentor team members.
