Job Summary:

Leonardo is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Sector Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Supply Chain function, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain processes, managing relationships with suppliers, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Manage and coordinate the development of Joint Action Plans (JAPs) with suppliers to address material issues and ensure compliance with MRP requirements.
  • Produce and analyze reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in supply chain operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and execution of governance and compliance requirements.
  • Manage and mentor a team of material leads to ensure seamless material supply transition and compliance with MRP requirements.
  • Support the management of obsolete material and proposed LTBs & LLTs to ensure seamless material supply transition.
  • Attend and manage Supply Reviews, CARs, DCP processes, and other meetings to ensure SC visibility and effective communication.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide reporting and analysis to support business growth and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in supply chain management, with a strong understanding of MRP, push-pull scheduling, and BOBJ reporting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address supply chain issues.
  • Leadership and performance management skills, with the ability to coach and mentor a team of material leads.
  • Good understanding of company cost systems and revenue forecasting.
