Job Title: Supply Chain Sector Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Sector Lead to join our team at Leonardo. As a key member of our Supply Chain function, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our material supply chain, from procurement to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective material delivery.
  • Manage and coordinate the development of Joint Action Plans (JAPs) with suppliers to address material supply issues and ensure compliance with MRP requirements.
  • Provide reporting and analysis on material supply performance, including revenue forecasting and KPI metrics.
  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain Acquisition Team to ensure alignment of supplier delivery with internal MPS plans and material supply risk mitigation plans.
  • Manage and mentor material leads to ensure effective communication and execution of functional and legislative governance and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in material planning, supply, and control, with a strong understanding of MRP, push-pull scheduling, and BOBJ reporting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Leadership and performance management skills, including coaching and mentoring of team members.
  • Good understanding of company cost systems and support into revenue.
