About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team at Optima Site Solutions Ltd. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for representing our company and promoting our products and services to potential customers in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct door-to-door sales in assigned territories to introduce our products and services to potential customers.
  • Pitch and close sales to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Engage professionally with existing and potential customers to build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Update customer databases to track sales activity and customer interactions.

Requirements

  • At least 12 months of sales experience, preferably in a door-to-door sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • A full driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.

What We Offer

  • A competitive basic salary of £25,000 per annum, plus a car allowance of £5,000 per annum.
  • Uncapped commission, with expected earnings around £60,000 in the first year.
  • Top earners have exceeded £80,000 in the last 12 months.
