Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Executive to join our busy team within our truck and trailer business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fleet Operations and Administration: Effectively manage the fleet operations and administration of the branch, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate and plan MOT test schedules and maintenance programs to ensure vehicles are properly maintained and compliant with regulations.
  • Logistics and Delivery: Coordinate the delivery and collection of vehicles to customers and our branches, ensuring timely and efficient transportation.
  • General Administration: Perform various administrative tasks to support the team and ensure the smooth operation of the business.

Requirements

  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, including a confident telephone manner and strong written communication skills.
  • Administrative Skills: Have strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to a wide variety of tasks.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Driving License: Possess a clean driving license and be willing to drive company vehicles.
  • Right to Work: Be eligible to work in the UK and provide proof of eligibility.

Desirable Skills

  • Industry Knowledge: Prior knowledge or experience of asset rental, distribution, or transport would be advantageous, but is not essential.
