We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team at Randstad UK Holding. As an Operations Coordinator - Wholesale, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our wholesale business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake detailed quality checking of operational requests to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide feedback on causes of rejections to Team Leaders to help build up knowledge and prevent future rejections.
  • Review and challenge rejections where it is believed the rejection is invalid.
  • Provide weekly summary reports on the causes of rejections to help develop training material to address identified issues.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a utility sector or similar industry.
  • Computer skills, including full ICT literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Attention to detail, confidence to feedback causes of errors to other teams, ability to learn quickly, and ability to manage a demanding workload.
  • 5 GCSEs or equivalent.
