Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. As a key member of our truck and trailer business, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fleet Operations and Administration: Effectively manage the day-to-day operations of our truck and trailer fleet, including coordinating maintenance schedules and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Customer Service: Provide high-quality customer service to our truck and trailer customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Logistics and Coordination: Coordinate the delivery and collection of vehicles to customers and our branches, ensuring timely and efficient transportation.
  • General Administration: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Administrative Skills: Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and resolve problems in a logical and methodical way.
  • Right to Work in the UK: Must have the right to work in the UK.
  • Clean Driving License: Must have a clean driving license.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Asset Rental or Transport Experience: Prior knowledge or experience of asset rental, distribution, or transport would be advantageous, but is not essential.
