Business Development Executive

Join our team at Substantial Group as a Business Development Executive and play a key role in driving business growth and expansion. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and developing and implementing sales plans to secure new business and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve business growth and expansion targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating leads and developing relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as the needs and challenges of our customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and a consistent customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience and a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of the sales process.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales tools.
