Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality administrative support to the management team and business administrators to help achieve service objectives.
  • Manage incoming communications, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Handle all incoming correspondence, ensuring relevant parties are informed.
  • Assist in preparing materials for meetings and compiling necessary documentation.
  • Support the creation of financial reports and strategic business plans.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders regarding documentation and meetings.
  • Provide efficient typing services, utilizing word processing software to enhance productivity and presentation quality.
  • Facilitate effective communication across all levels of staff, ensuring timely distribution of information.
