Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Verto People. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing relationships with key accounts within the Hydraulic sector, as well as identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow existing relationships with key accounts within the Hydraulic sector
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Hydraulic sector
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Work closely with the Service Department to ensure excellent after-sales service
  • Liaise with various engineering departments to ensure seamless communication

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, Area Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager, or similar within Engineering
  • Experience selling or servicing Hydraulic equipment such as pumps, motors, hoses, valves, cylinders, power packs, gearboxes, or similar Fluid Power products
  • Determination, enthusiasm, and motivation to succeed and grow with a reputable engineering distributor
  • A technical Engineering Degree would be advantageous
  • Full clean driving license
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites across the M62 corridor of the UK
