About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team at Norfolk County Council's new residential home, 'The Den', which will provide holistic care for young people with learning disabilities who have complex health needs and/or challenging behaviours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to young people with disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individual care plans.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive living environment, promoting the physical and emotional well-being of young people.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
