**Job Summary**

Gecko Travel Recruitment is seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable professional to lead our international sales team as a Global Sales Manager. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to drive sales growth and develop a team of sales professionals.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead, motivate, and develop our international sales team by implementing effective sales and service strategies.
  • Provide training and coaching to improve conversion rates and achieve sales goals.
  • Oversee and take responsibility for a growing sales team, utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive sales performance.
  • Ensure effective lead management, achievement of goals, and data-driven commercial decisions.
  • Oversee our portfolio of events and occasionally attend them alongside the sales team.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 7 years' experience working in educational travel.
  • Proven track record of strong sales performance.
  • A huge passion for travel.
  • Salary £55,000 plus team sales-related bonus.
