About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team at RBH Hospitality Management. As a key member of our brigade, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Executive Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen management, including rota planning, stock control, and staff delegation.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and dishes that showcase our culinary expertise and exceed guest expectations.
  • Lead and motivate a team of chefs to achieve high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of kitchen policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a passion for innovation and creativity.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm and composed demeanor in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work varied shifts and respond to changing circumstances.
