We're looking for a charismatic Receptionist to join our team at Village Hotels - St Davids. As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll be the face of our hotel, ensuring every visitor receives a warm and welcoming experience.
About the RoleAs a Receptionist, you'll be the hub of our hotel's activity, providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and making recommendations to enhance our guests' stay. Your passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience will shine through in everything you do.
What We're Looking For- A friendly and approachable demeanor, with a knack for building rapport with guests
