Your Responsibilities:

As a Real Estate and Property Management Specialist, you will oversee a designated area within Wrexham and Flintshire local authorities, engaging with residents, staff, and contractors while managing properties. Your daily tasks will be diverse and may present challenges. Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and addressing issues reported by residents in their homes, including inspections for damp and mold.
  • Conducting stock condition surveys and assisting with future planned maintenance activities for your area.
  • Making informed investment decisions regarding future works.
  • Carrying out fire risk assessments in multi-unit dwellings (Training Provided).
  • Performing safety and compliance checks while assessing risks.
  • Proactively leading, managing, and developing the team of site staff in alignment with our organizational approach.
  • Facilitating the delivery of services to our residents by providing effective support to all departments and front-line staff.
