What does the role of a Senior Insurance Account Executive entail?

This position is ideal for those who excel at nurturing relationships and providing a thorough service to clients, helping them discover the most suitable Insurance solutions tailored to their needs.

Our Senior Insurance Account Executives are proficient in quoting and securing coverage upon request, managing and binding renewals, addressing mid-term modifications, and fulfilling client requirements within the insurance marketplace.

You will operate autonomously and oversee client needs within a diverse portfolio that encompasses various business sectors and types of personal lines insurance.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure precision, effectiveness, and professionalism when interacting with both clients and insurers, as well as managing related administrative tasks concerning: New business, Renewals, Mid-Term Adjustments, Inquiries Guarantee that all business activities adhere to FCA regulations and company compliance standards. Address any complaints in line with company protocols and regulatory guidelines. Engage in learning, training, and assessment activities relevant to your role and identify additional areas for personal development as necessary. Maintain a high standard of customer service and promote exceptional customer care practices consistently. Foster and sustain a professional rapport with all clients, offering expert product advice and guidance. Actively pursue renewal business by re-broking existing accounts to ensure clients receive the most appropriate and cost-effective coverage.

What qualifications are necessary for our Senior Insurance Account Executive?

It is crucial that you possess commercial insurance experience acquired in a broking environment. Familiarity with Acturis and relevant qualifications would be advantageous, although we provide ample opportunities to obtain these once you join our team.
