Position Overview:
As a Junior Office Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in assisting Account Executives (AE) and Senior Account Handlers (SAH) throughout the renewal and new business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with insurers to secure terms and prepare risk submissions.
- Engage with clients to gather necessary risk information and request claims history from insurers or loss adjusters.
- Liaise with insurers regarding mid-term policy changes and follow up on outstanding client invoices.
- Assist in resolving account inquiries and manage specific risk information files to facilitate underwriters in their assessments.
- Provide general administrative support to team members, including credit control and updates on the Acturis system.
- Ensure compliance with PIB's Quality Assurance standards, focusing on evidence of coverage, contract certainty, and fair treatment of customers.
- Work closely with the claims handling team to provide essential information for claim management.
- Maintain effective communication with the Account Executive regarding significant notifications and emerging trends.
- Ensure smooth office operations and maintain general housekeeping standards, including handling telephone inquiries.
