What does the role of an Insurance Account Executive entail?

This position is ideal for individuals who excel at nurturing relationships and providing a thorough service to clients, ensuring they find the most suitable Insurance solutions to meet their requirements.

Our Insurance Account Executives are proficient in quoting and securing coverage upon request, managing renewals, addressing mid-term adjustments, and brokering client needs within the insurance marketplace.

You will operate autonomously and oversee client demands within a busy portfolio that encompasses various business sectors and classes of personal lines insurance.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism when interacting with both clients and insurers, along with managing related administrative tasks concerning: New business, Renewals, Mid-Term Adjustments, and Queries. Ensure all business operations comply with regulatory standards and company policies. Address any complaints following company protocols and regulatory guidelines. Engage in learning, training, and assessment activities relevant to your role and identify areas for personal development as needed. Strive to achieve and uphold a high standard of customer service, promoting exceptional care at all times. Build and sustain a professional rapport with all clients, offering expert product advice and guidance. Actively pursue renewal business by re-broking existing accounts to present clients with the most appropriate and cost-effective coverage options.

What qualifications are essential for our Insurance Account Executive?

It is crucial that you possess commercial insurance experience acquired in a broking environment. Familiarity with Acturis and relevant qualifications would be advantageous, although we provide ample opportunities for you to obtain these upon joining our team.
