Job Title: High Net Worth Account Executive

Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 (plus bonus)

Location: Norwich

Employment Type: Full-Time (4 days in, 1 day remote)

Our client, a well-established insurance brokerage firm, is seeking a highly skilled High Net Worth Account Executive to join their team in Norwich. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, providing exceptional customer service, and growing your book of business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a book of business valued at £300,000 in commission income, with the objective to grow the book over time.
  • No lead generation required—focus entirely on servicing and expanding your portfolio of HNW clients.
  • Handle Motor, Home, and Travel insurance for HNW clients, with the support of a dedicated account handler.
  • Engage with clients primarily from the office, with flexibility for occasional remote work for the right candidate.
  • Participate in ongoing training to ensure you are equipped with the knowledge and skills to succeed.
  • Work as part of a collaborative and positive team, where customer service is prioritized over KPIs.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong background in HNW Broking or a higher-level Personal Lines role.
  • Customer-focused, with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to client management.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients.
  • Comfortable working in an office environment, with some flexibility for hybrid working if required.
  • Team player who thrives in a traditional, non-KPI-driven environment.
  • Experience managing a book of business and growing it over time.
