Job Summary

Page Personnel Finance is seeking a highly skilled AP & Billings Manager to join their team on a 9-12 month interim contract. This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong transactional experience and leadership skills.

About the Role

The AP & Billings Manager will play a pivotal part in the day-to-day transactional side of the finance function, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring purchase orders are placed and customer invoices are raised
  • Accurately recording invoices and expenses
  • Maintaining a tidy payables ledger with minimal debit balance and unallocated cash
  • Providing support during busy periods and training team members
  • Preparing and processing payment runs
  • Daily posting and reconciliation of bank transactions
  • Cash flow forecasting, reviewed with the CFO
  • Liaising with other business areas to discuss cash in/cash out/outstanding balances
  • Performing other ad-hoc tasks as required
