As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the site's financial performance, while continuously developing and implementing measures to meet the needs of the business.

The Compleat Food Group is a leading food manufacturer with a mission to create delicious food that brings joy to our customers while making a positive impact on the environment. We have a team of over 5,000 dedicated individuals who are passionate about creating high-quality products for UK consumers and prominent retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the site's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement measures to improve financial performance, including cost reduction and margin improvement initiatives.
- Provide financial support to the site leadership team, including commercial and operational initiatives.
- Review and approve capital proposals to ensure they are financially sound.
- Ensure accurate forecasting of capital project spend and benefits.
- Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Oversee the site's financial management, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Lead the onsite finance team, creating a continuous improvement and high-performance culture.
Requirements:
- Finance qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW etc)
- Advanced excel skills
- Natural leader
- Great communicator and comfortable with liaising with stakeholders at all levels
- Proven track record of driving business performance through providing accurate information and challenging results
- ERP knowledge
- FMCG experience
