Our pension scheme is among the most valuable benefits we provide, as staff can join the Alpha Pension Scheme, with the Library contributing a minimum of 28.97% (this may vary depending on grade).Another significant advantage the Library offers is a flexible working hours scheme, allowing you to work your hours flexibly throughout the week and take up to 5 days of flexi leave within a 3-month period.
This is in addition to 25 days of holiday from the start of employment, along with public and privilege holidays.
