Currently, we house over 170 million items in numerous languages, with three million new items added annually.

We operate the world’s largest document delivery service, providing millions of items each year to clients globally.

In return, we offer a competitive salary and a range of excellent benefits. Our pension scheme is among the most valuable benefits we provide, as staff can join the Alpha Pension Scheme, with the Library contributing a minimum of 28.97% (this may vary depending on grade).

Another significant advantage the Library offers is a flexible working hours scheme, allowing you to work your hours flexibly throughout the week and take up to 5 days of flexi leave within a 3-month period.

This is in addition to 25 days of holiday from the start of employment, along with public and privilege holidays.
