**Job Summary**

Allied Westminster (Insurance Services) Ltd is seeking a skilled Policy Processor - Property Specialist to join our team in Boston Spa, West Yorkshire. As a Policy Processor - Property Specialist, you will be responsible for handling property-related insurance policies, communicating with customers, and ensuring accurate and efficient processing of claims.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Handle property-related insurance policies, including claims, renewals, and new business
* Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and postal correspondence
* Collaborate with insurers, RICS surveyors, and loss adjustors to resolve queries and issues
* Ensure accurate and efficient processing of claims

**Requirements**

* Essential background in underwriting, policy administration, or claims within the property insurance sector
* Strong ability to communicate confidently and clearly, both in writing and verbally, with customers and team members
* Previous office-based, customer-focused experience is crucial
* Competence in using IT systems for administrative tasks
* Exceptional detail orientation to ensure accuracy in all tasks
