TasksThe key tasks of the Policy Processor – Property role at Allied Westminster include:
- Customer Communication: Engage with customers via phone, email, and postal correspondence to address their inquiries and provide clear information.
- Administrative Duties: Carry out administrative tasks associated with claims handling, renewals, new business, and mid-term adjustments after completing the necessary training.
- Liaison Activities: Communicate effectively with insurers, RICS surveyors, and loss adjustors as part of the process.
- Query Resolution: Efficiently and accurately handle and respond to product queries from clients.
