About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Leasehold Asset Co-ordinator to join our team at Riverside Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective asset services are delivered on behalf of RHO managed properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Leasehold Asset Services Manager in delivering asset services in line with leasehold legislation, business priorities, and the Group's Asset Management Strategy.
  • Coordinate insurance and legal claims, ensuring works are delivered to cost, quality, and timescales.
  • Produce management reports to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Experience within the building industry, ideally in the Leasehold Sector.
  • Understanding of statutory leasehold legislation.
  • Experience of managing and coordinating insurance and legal claims.
  • Experience of producing management reports.
